Teething Sick Baby!

I was trying to get a picture of those teeth but she wasn't into it!
Oh...so sad. Nothing worse than a sick baby!

So our sweet little Sadie is sick...she had had fever for going on 3 days now of 100-102.5. She finally got her first teeth...the top front two teeth have broken through and she is has been absolutely miserable. They look like monster teeth! They are so big for her little mouth but so cute. After three days of this...I had Ryan rock her to sleep so I could pick up the house. When I came back they were both asleep. I wonder who feel asleep first? He was snoring and she was dead asleep, mouth wide open and drool coming out. They were watching baseball (probably why she feel asleep so quick, boring!) Anyway I couldn't resist taking their picture.

Gum in the hair!

That is a pretty big piece for such a little mouth!

What a pain in the butt! Hayley Hannah Bond got a big piece of gummy tape stuck in her hair. She had no idea how it got there and what the gum was doing outside of her mouth but...somehow it got in her hair. I had to cut a good size piece of her hair off right there in the front. She didn't seem to care that I had to cut her hair....I cut it and she was gone as quick as she came :-)...glad she is so easy going :-)

Schnep Farms 2nd Grade Field Trip

Paige and Ashley in the petting zoo.
Paige wanted to take a picture of this pig...why I don't know!
Paige and I outside the maze.
WOW...who loves raddishes?

I went with Paige's second grade class to Schnep Farms on a field trip. It was a bit warm but so fun. We went to the petting zoo...took a hay ride. We got to play in a huge playground, dig up 5 of radishes we got to bring home, go through a maze and eat lunch together. It was pretty fun. There had some deer and we learned a lot about how to tell the difference between a doe and a deer and male and female, etc. It was educational for me too! :-). Glad Paige wanted to me go, I have a feeling it wont be long before she is not wanted me to be hanging around the school anymore :-).

HAPPY 9TH BIRTHDAY!

Freedom Skate Shop gift card! He was so happy.

Ridding the saddle at Texas Road House.

Just a little embarassed :-)

I cannot believe I have a 9-year-old...WOW, where does the time go. I can remember giving birth to this 8.8 oz baby boy 4 weeks early. All of the anxiety and worry about having a our first baby vanshied when we saw his little round face. Riley you are an amazing young man. I love how sweet and sensitive you are. You are always willing to help out!

Birthday wish list:

1. Wheels and barrings for his skateboard.

2. 2-pair of jeans.

3. Old skool black vans.

For his birthday Riley wanted to go on a three skate park skate tour...which means he wanted to skate at three skate parks in one day...he took a few of his friends skated all day and then grabbed some food with the boys on the way home. I forgot to take pictures of his party but we took him out to dinner on his birthday to Texas Roadhouse and I got a few pics there.

Toliet paper bandit

She is on the move...You set her down, turn around and she is gone. This morning I caught with a roll of toilet paper. How can you get mad at this....she is so cute!

My Thumb Sucker...

Well its official...no more thumb sucking for my Pager. I am a little sad. It has been almost a week since she got the appliance put in her mouth. Aunt Stephanie took her to her office and I think that eased her anxiety a little about have that thing bolted to her mouth. She has struggled a little this week with falling asleep....and honestly it is so sad. I feel bad, for 7 almost 8 years that is all she has known, that is her comfort, its just her! She has been acting out a bit and waking up in the night as well. I am so proud of her for how brave she has been through this entire process! You are so strong Paige, and I promise it will be worth it. She cant eat anything sticky, gum, gummies, etc. and bread seems to get stuck up there too. This was the last time she ever sucked her thumb :-(, the night before the big day.
